AI-Powered Hiring Platform
A hiring platform for companies and candidates, with AI at every step. Candidates build CVs with an AI assistant, see their job fit and get the best jobs. Companies analyse CVs in bulk, get the best candidates, and run AI voice interviews with full reports.
The problem
Companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf receive more CVs than they can read. Reading them one by one is slow, and quick judgements miss good people.
Candidates have the opposite problem. They send CVs and never learn why they were rejected — often it is the format, missing keywords, or a CV the hiring system cannot read at all.
The platform serves both sides: it helps candidates send a CV that can be read, and helps companies read many CVs fast and fairly.
What I did
- Built the whole platform: the company portal and the candidate portal.
- For companies — bulk CV analysis: upload many CVs and see each one analysed against the job.
- For companies — best candidates for each job, ranked by AI matching.
- For companies — AI voice interviews that feel like a natural conversation, in Arabic and English and across Saudi, Egyptian and Levantine dialects. The company then gets a full report on the candidate.
- For candidates — AI CV builder assistant that helps write the CV, with four designs and print-ready PDF export.
- For candidates — CV scoring out of 100 from clear rules, with the reason for every lost point, plus suggestions to improve.
- For candidates — AI job fit: how well the candidate fits a job, and why.
- For candidates — best jobs picked from the candidate's profile.
- For candidates — an AI coach that gives personal guidance.
- Built plans and credits for both sides, with Arabic and English, right-to-left layout, and dark and light themes.

The hard part: AI reads the CV. Clear rules decide the score.
When a company screens hundreds of CVs, the score has to be trusted. A company must be able to ask “why is this candidate 72?” and get an answer. And a candidate must be able to see what to fix.
So the work is split. AI does what it is good at: reading CVs, understanding them, and giving advice. The score itself comes from clear, weighted rules. The same CV always gets the same score, and every lost point comes with its reason — for the company and for the candidate.
Results
- 500 CVs analysed in one batch
- 8+ AI features across the platform
- 2-way matching: jobs for candidates, candidates for jobs
- 100 a flawless CV can now score
- 2 sides: companies and candidates
What I’d do differently
Early users liked how the platform looked but found the many features hard to follow. Next time I would design a simple first path for each side — one clear first step for a company, one for a candidate — before adding more AI tools.
